7 Eight Apartment by Aagnes

Designed by Aagnes, 7 Eight Apartment is a quiet retreat on the Punta Mita peninsula, where the Pacific coastline and surrounding golf courses shape an atmosphere of calm.

The home embraces a restrained approach to luxury, drawing its character from natural materials, handcrafted details, and a close relationship with its setting.

From the moment of arrival, the interiors establish a sense of warmth through a muted palette of sand, stone, and soft neutral tones. Texture takes precedence over ornament, with timber surfaces, handcrafted ceramics, and sculptural furnishings introducing depth and tactile richness throughout the home. Organic forms appear across furniture and decorative pieces, reinforcing a connection to traditional craftsmanship while creating a timeless aesthetic.

The layout has been carefully planned to strengthen the relationship between the interior and the landscape beyond. Expansive terraces extend directly from the living areas, creating generous outdoor rooms that encourage everyday living in the open air. As daylight shifts across the home, the pool reflects the changing sky while maintaining a visual connection to the surrounding golf course, blurring the boundary between architecture and nature.

Within the social areas, understated furnishings and considered lighting cultivate an atmosphere of ease and comfort. Every element has been selected to support moments of rest, allowing the home to feel both refined and deeply connected to its environment.
