The interior design project, led by studio founder Adam Wierciński, marks the studio's first venture in Copenhagen. The restaurant operates as a multi-functional space, serving as a café during daytime hours and transforming into an atmospheric venue for private dinners in the evening.

"We aimed to create a space that embodies the warmth of social gatherings while maintaining a sophisticated design language," Wierciński shared. "The limited spatial dimensions became an opportunity to explore innovative functional solutions."

Central to the design is a distinctive communal dining arrangement featuring angled oak tabletops that can be configured into various arrangements. Steel rings hidden within the design allow the separate tables to combine into a single large dining surface, creating a dynamic social setting that adapts to different dining scenarios.

The interior palette is deliberately restrained, dominated by the honest expression of materials. Raw steel constructions, bearing visible marks of craftsmanship, are paired with solid natural oak – these materials were chosen to complement the culinary philosophy of owner and chef Mateusz Sarnowski, who previously trained at the renowned restaurant Noma.

Custom-designed elements include minimalist oak stools – the inaugural pieces from the upcoming wiercinski-objects collection – and a bar constructed from steel and enhanced with brown mirrors, which partially separates the open kitchen from the dining area. A high counter positioned by the window offers diners views of Copenhagen's traditional townhouses.
