folistudio is a creative design studio founded by Ece Gökmenoğlu and M. Onur Durna. With locations in Istanbul and Lisbon, the studio explores the relationship between materials, forms, and various elements at various scales, including interior design, product design, creative direction, and set design. Canyon House: a pure concrete creation, nestled in the void of a deserted canyon.
A place for daydreaming, breathing, and escaping from the rush. Almost floating on the surface, it touches the ground with just one pair of steel beams. Glass walls give the illusion of invisibility, inviting you to disappear into your own thoughts. This see-through house is a space for pure contemplation, a place where time stands still and the beauty of nature surrounds you, inspiring you to let your imagination soar.
Serpentine Bar: A Modern Disco Dream
Aurora lights dance on the reflections of chairs and tables, casting a spellbinding glow that transcends the boundaries of the space. The Serpentine Bar is not just a place to gather and dine, but an immersive experience that transports you to a world of pure imagination. As day turns to night, the atmosphere shifts and the Serpentine becomes a haven for those seeking a night of revelry and indulgence.
The bar and dining table coexist in perfect harmony, inviting you to partake in the best sushi and cocktails while surrounded by the mesmerizing energy of the space. And if the night takes hold, if the drinks flow freely, you may find yourself lost in the rhythm of the music, dancing atop the very bar that once held your meal.
